The presented research paper aims to introduce a model in order to identify risks and risk factors associated with outsourcing of information technology in conjunction with health systems, measuring the probability of happening each of them and the loss of each risk. The data used in this research has been gathered from the IT experts of the healthcare sector in Tehran through the questionnaire made by the author. Then the indexes of risk exposure has been classified and ordered in seven factors, using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. At the end, the probability and the associated loss of each factor have been measured
