The main signs of globalization in international trade and the qualitative / quantitative changes caused are studied, in particular, attention is paid to the mutual exchange of resources to solve international problems, including environmental ones. The transformation of competitive / monopoly relations under the influence of globalization in the areas of levels of cooperation, the ratio of competition / rivalry, the dependence of competition on innovation, models of competitive behavior are analyzed. The impact of globalization on economic processes of influences redistribution in the markets between residents and nonresidents is investigated, the factors that cause changes in investment activity of nonresidents are identified, namely the direct relationship between changes in the index of economic globalization and the number of foreign enterprises in Ukraine. Based on the research, the identified exogenous factors are complemented by such factors as protection of intellectual property rights and prevention of abuse of intellectual property rights, and endogenous - as a relationship of decisive influence on businesses in specific markets, management awareness of the impact of their transactions on the market and others. It is concluded that globalization does not take into account the national characteristics of individual economies, the resource potential of development, but involves the use of existing benefits, respectively, those who want to become part of it must acquire certain exclusivity, disseminate relevant information, introduce innovation in enterprise management systems, show interest in cooperation with the relevant participant for the development of digitalization, social and economic transformations.Faculty of Management, University of TehranJournal of Information Technology Management2980-797213Special Issue: Advanced Innovation Topics in Business and Management20210701Advertising Strategy Management in Internet Marketing35478260310.22059/jitm.2021.82603ENIrynaVoronenkoDepartment of Information Technologies, National University of Life and Environmental Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, Ukraine.0000-0002-1839-7275MarynaNehreyDepartment of Economic Cybernetics, National University of Life and Environmental Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, Ukraine.0000-0001-9243-1534SerhiyKostenkoDepartment of Information Technologies, National University of Life and Environmental Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, Ukraine.0000-0002-8196-498IrynaLashchykDepartment of Finance, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, Ukraine.0000-0001-5912-4276ViktoriiaNiziaievaDepartment of Regulatory Policy Problems and Entrepreneurship Development, Institute of Industrial Economics of the National Academy of Sciences in Ukraine, Kiev, Ukraine.0000-0002-2042-683XJournal Article20210726Information technology is becoming a basic tool for many industries, as well as creating an opportunity for direct active communication of all market participants, which significantly increases competition. The authors compare bank products and services in which tariff packages are consist of different informational components. The principal feature of the proposed method is to focus on obtaining a subjective evaluation of the attractiveness of the Bank’s offers for specific target groups. This makes the proposed method relevant for Central and commercial banks, as well as for consumers of banking products. Since complex tariff packages of different banks contain not only many indicators but also different sets, it is impossible to directly compare them. The proposed method allows solving the main informational problems of traditional methods for comparing banking products. Using the Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) allows a flexible approach to the aggregation of singular indicators of tariff packages and simplifies the expert procedures. To make rules for fuzzy inference, linguistic constructions close to the natural language can be used. This makes it easier to fill the knowledge base. To solve the set tasks, a methodology for constructing hierarchical FIS is used. In comparison with non-hierarchical FIS it can reduce the requirements to the number of rules in fuzzy inference rule base and system implementation time. The experiments with the fuzzy inference system, which implements a corporate credit cards tariff packages comparison of four Ukrainian banks, showed the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The obtained numerical results are adequately interpreted for the highlighted groups of banking product consumersFaculty of Management, University of TehranJournal of Information Technology Management2980-797213Special Issue: Advanced Innovation Topics in Business and Management20210701Bottom-up Analysis Engineering of Investigative Practices and Innovation of Reflective Activities in Life and Earth Sciences: From Information Theory to Systems Theory811008260810.22059/jitm.2021.82608ENRedouaneHaferLaboratory of Physical Chemistry of Materials, Faculty of Sciences Ben M'Sick, Hassan II University of Casablanca, BP 7955, Casablanca, Morocco.0000-0002-0999-1184MustaphaBassiriLaboratory of Physical Chemistry of Materials, Faculty of Sciences Ben M'Sick,Hassan II University of Casablanca, BP 7955, Casablanca, Morocco.

In our research work, we have focused on identifying the factors of innovation in the field of qualifying secondary education. We used a questionnaire of 78 items, structured in 5 areas: the conditions, the moments, the reasons, the domains, and the objects of experimentation of the new actions in teaching-learning. This questionnaire is administered to a sample of 149 teachers. We proceeded by a descriptive and exploratory research of mixed qualitative and quantitative type) The results of which showed the existence of personal factors and those which are in relation to the context and the working conditions in educational establishments, and which are points of reflection on the logic of school innovation. This governance approach will be approached using a methodology respecting several principles in terms of participation, transparency, accountability and evaluation (CSEFRS, 2015). Furthermore, we added in our frame of reference the primordial aspect of good governance, which is the new technologies. Considering the difficulty of an etymological and polysemic consensus on the concept of governance. It would be wise to set up operational indicators for applying this notion of governance with a perspective to enhance management skills, multi-stakeholder strategic planning, internal collaborative management, effective and efficient steering, control and evaluation. Methodology / approach: Our methodological approach based on a descriptive exploratory study. The researcher carried out an empirical study involving 20 principals of qualifying secondary schools from the Nouaceur-Casablanca region. Our measurement instrument is related to a survey which is appraised as one of the five principles of effective governance (transparency, accountability, participation, evaluation and technology). Findings: data analysis shows difficulties in applying governance principles, influencing organizational performance in administrative management.
