		<Abstract>In the knowledge-based era, knowledge is the distinctive&lt;br /&gt;resource of organizations and knowledge management (KM) is&lt;br /&gt;considered as the primary task of organizations that strives to utilize their&lt;br /&gt;intellectual capitals effectively. Hence it is vital to understand carefully&lt;br /&gt;the appropriate contexts and enablers of knowledge management.&lt;br /&gt;Organizational culture is among the most influential factors affecting the&lt;br /&gt;quality of accomplishing KM practices. In spite of this vital effect, its role&lt;br /&gt;has not been studied carefully. This article tries to explore the correlation&lt;br /&gt;of the four types of organizational culture on the knowledge management&lt;br /&gt;practices. It will investigate the way in which these cultures can facilitate&lt;br /&gt;or hinder KM practices. The population of the research consists of&lt;br /&gt;educational and research centers. A sample of 275 participants was&lt;br /&gt;selected as statistical sampling. According to the research findings, these&lt;br /&gt;organizational cultures have a considerable effect on the KM practices.&lt;br /&gt;Clan and adhocracy organizational culture have a powerful positive&lt;br /&gt;relationship with KM practices, but this effect was negative for market&lt;br /&gt;and hierarchical cultures. These findings support the necessity of&lt;br /&gt;adopting a more humanistic approach for implementing knowledge&lt;br /&gt;management more effectively.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Regarding competitive world, economic factors and social&lt;br /&gt;factors could be effective on business. The social network has an&lt;br /&gt;important role as social characteristics, propulsion and basic force for&lt;br /&gt;social cohesion in internet business activities. The purpose of this paper is&lt;br /&gt;to examine the impact of social networks on the Internet business&lt;br /&gt;sustainability by intermediation of entrepreneurial intention. The&lt;br /&gt;statistical population of the study includes firms that make their internet&lt;br /&gt;transactions through the Mellat bank&#039;s web portal. With this aim, through&lt;br /&gt;a systematic random sampling method, 150 companies were selected&lt;br /&gt;using the Cochran formula and then the required data were collected by&lt;br /&gt;means of distributing a set of questionnaires. According to the results, the&lt;br /&gt;stability of Internet businesses is a function of the social aspects that&lt;br /&gt;require a certain social context. Among the three aspects of social&lt;br /&gt;networks, the social resources of information index have the greatest&lt;br /&gt;impact on sustainability of Internet businesses, whereas the content of&lt;br /&gt;social relations has the most influence on entrepreneurial intentions.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>In recent decades, since increasing the competition between&lt;br /&gt;organizations for developing products and services, creating and&lt;br /&gt;developing modern technologies has been strongly growing. In such&lt;br /&gt;circumstances, the main challenge of organizations is development or&lt;br /&gt;acquisition of the right technology in respect of the organizational goals.&lt;br /&gt;Thus, this study intends to present a scale for evaluating communication&lt;br /&gt;technologies in mobile communication industry which is provided by a&lt;br /&gt;mixed research. The initial model is attained through a comprehensive&lt;br /&gt;technology literature review and some semi-structured interviews with&lt;br /&gt;technology top managers. Then, using exploratory factor analysis and&lt;br /&gt;confirmatory factor analysis, validity of the proposed model and scale is&lt;br /&gt;assessed. Findings show that the communication technologies evaluation&lt;br /&gt;have correlations with technical capability, technology knowledge,&lt;br /&gt;market, strategic and financial criteria and the technology knowledge is&lt;br /&gt;the most important dimension and followed by strategic criteria and&lt;br /&gt;market.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Previous electronic commerce (EC) studies have found that&lt;br /&gt;consumer characteristics are important when considering issues related to&lt;br /&gt;the acceptance of online shopping. However, most studies have focused&lt;br /&gt;on a single product or similar products. The effects of different product&lt;br /&gt;types have been relatively neglected. To overcome this limitation, the&lt;br /&gt;purpose of this study was to explore the effects of different product types.&lt;br /&gt;The Internet product and service classification grid proposed by Peterson,&lt;br /&gt;was employed to examine the effects of consumer characteristic&lt;br /&gt;differences on online shopping acceptance in the context of different&lt;br /&gt;products and services. A survey-based approach was employed to&lt;br /&gt;investigate the research questions. Regression analysis demonstrated that&lt;br /&gt;the determinants of online shopping acceptance differ among product or&lt;br /&gt;service types. Additionally, personal innovativeness of information&lt;br /&gt;technology (PIIT), perceived Web security, personal privacy concerns,&lt;br /&gt;and product involvement can influence consumer acceptance of online&lt;br /&gt;shopping, but their influence varies according to product types.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The world has entered a new era; organizations are faced with&lt;br /&gt;new challenges and traditional principles upon which economic powered&lt;br /&gt;and was a key factor in business success, is no longer valid. Knowledge&lt;br /&gt;becomes a major factor in competition and intellectual property has been&lt;br /&gt;sustained competitive advantage. This paper examines the relationship&lt;br /&gt;between information technology and knowledge management, directly&lt;br /&gt;and indirectly mediated by empowerment in National Iranian Drilling&lt;br /&gt;Company. Questionnaire based on confirmatory factor analysis and&lt;br /&gt;reliability was measured by Cronbach&#039;s alpha. Population of 300 experts&lt;br /&gt;and administrators were appointed. 163 questionnaires were collected.&lt;br /&gt;The results of this study indicate that information technology has positive&lt;br /&gt;and significant relationship with knowledge management directly and&lt;br /&gt;indirectly through empowerment. According to this research, suggestions&lt;br /&gt;for managers and future researchers are offered.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Nowadays a growing number of implementing information&lt;br /&gt;technology service management (ITSM) frameworks proves the trends to&lt;br /&gt;improve the IT services and processes in organizations. In order to&lt;br /&gt;implement an ITSM projects successfully in an organization, it is&lt;br /&gt;essential to select a suitable ITSM solution. Evaluation and selection of&lt;br /&gt;the ITSM software packages is complicated and time consuming decision&lt;br /&gt;making process. Selection of inappropriate ITSM solution can turn out to&lt;br /&gt;be costly and adversely affects IT processes and services of the&lt;br /&gt;organization. This paper presents a model for dealing with such a&lt;br /&gt;problem, which is based on fuzzy TOPSIS approach. The presented ITIL&lt;br /&gt;based model breaks down ITSM solutions selection criteria into two&lt;br /&gt;broad categories namely functional (service strategy, service design,&lt;br /&gt;service transition, service operation, continual service improvement) and&lt;br /&gt;non-functional requirements (quality, technical, vendor, implementation)&lt;br /&gt;including totally 46 selection criteria. Finally, a numerical example is&lt;br /&gt;given in an IT service provider company to demonstrate the application of&lt;br /&gt;the proposed model.</Abstract>

For a more&lt;br /&gt;effective utilization of teleworking, development and conceptualization of&lt;br /&gt;it structural framework is considered to be of utmost importance. For that&lt;br /&gt;very reason, this article has been written with the intention of codifying&lt;br /&gt;the structural framework of the teleworking at the Ministry of&lt;br /&gt;Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare. The research adopts a&lt;br /&gt;qualitative approach and is both fundamental and applied in nature. The&lt;br /&gt;statistical population if this research is the civil servants working at the&lt;br /&gt;Social Affairs segment of the Ministry, the interviews were conducted&lt;br /&gt;until they reached the saturation stage, and for augmenting the validity&lt;br /&gt;and the reliability of the research, a variety of methods including&lt;br /&gt;triangulation, group membership assessment, paired assessments, and&lt;br /&gt;assessment of inter-coder reliability were used. Based on the data analysis&lt;br /&gt;conducted, which was done through coding, it became clear that the&lt;br /&gt;structural framework is composed of 6 pillars and 3 levels. The study&lt;br /&gt;showed that teleworking could be examined at three different levels. The&lt;br /&gt;highest level at which teleworking could be examined is the strategy of&lt;br /&gt;the organization, followed by the intermediary level, and then by the&lt;br /&gt;operational level. The pillars are composed of the incentives, legal&lt;br /&gt;documents, the processes, information technology, information security,&lt;br /&gt;and the organizational structures.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The objective of this study was to identify barriers of&lt;br /&gt;development of ICT in the University of Tehran .A revision of similar&lt;br /&gt;researches was carried out and opinions of experts were sought. The&lt;br /&gt;problems encountered with the development of ICT were categorized in five&lt;br /&gt;factors: technological, educational, financial, legal, attitudinal and behavioral&lt;br /&gt;barriers. The study used mixed methodology to collect data. A researcher self&lt;br /&gt;generated questionnaire, interview, and observation methods were applied.&lt;br /&gt;The population of the study was ICT technicians, present in the second&lt;br /&gt;semester of the academic year 2008/2009. A simple random sampling was&lt;br /&gt;carried out, and by the use of Cochran&#039;s formula, 95 persons were selected.&lt;br /&gt;To obtain the reliability of the questionnaires, a Cronbach&#039;s alpha was&lt;br /&gt;performed. Khi square was used to analyze the research questions. The study&lt;br /&gt;findings revealed that: lack of ICT education, poor ICT infrastructure, lack of&lt;br /&gt;financial support, and legal problems are the major barriers to ICT&lt;br /&gt;development at university of Tehran. Attitudinal and behavioral factors have&lt;br /&gt;not identified as ICT barriers at University of Tehran. At the end suggestions&lt;br /&gt;are provided.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Regarding the extended concept of coordination generally or&lt;br /&gt;specially in supply chain contexts, we aimed to identify the coordination&lt;br /&gt;phenomenon in this research by determination of its elements and&lt;br /&gt;dimensions. The results of the previous researches, were analyzed by the&lt;br /&gt;Metha-synthesis research method and when seven steps were passed, the&lt;br /&gt;supply chain coordination in automotive industry, were categorized in 5&lt;br /&gt;dimensions, 16 sub-dimensions and 57 elements. Finally, by using the&lt;br /&gt;Shanon entropy method, the effect coefficient of the elements was&lt;br /&gt;determined in 194 previous researches.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Information Technology (IT) in the present era has affected&lt;br /&gt;all aspects of organizations as a new strategy; therefore imagine an&lt;br /&gt;organization without IT and keeping abreast with new technologies seems&lt;br /&gt;impossible. The current research seeks to identify factors affecting the&lt;br /&gt;adoption of IT innovation in governmental organizations. To this end the&lt;br /&gt;indices affecting IT Innovation adoption have been extracted after&lt;br /&gt;reviewing theoretical background and categorized in 5 factors using&lt;br /&gt;Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Also Confirmatory Factor Analysis&lt;br /&gt;(CFA) based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) has been used to&lt;br /&gt;investigate the relation between indices and factors. Research Findings&lt;br /&gt;show that indices like relative advantage &amp; innovativeness, security &amp;&lt;br /&gt;reliability, organizational culture, managerial support, socio-economic&lt;br /&gt;status and cooperation &amp; coordination among organization departments&lt;br /&gt;play an important role in IT Innovating adoption.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Todays, decision makers in the organization need to&lt;br /&gt;constantly monitor changes in the environment and organization and&lt;br /&gt;make necessary changes. Therefore knowledge about the environment&lt;br /&gt;and organization is necessary in decision making. Knowledge&lt;br /&gt;management is a key factor for competitive business environment and&lt;br /&gt;organizations are investing heavily in creating centralized knowledge&lt;br /&gt;repositories to improve business processes, promoting knowledge sharing&lt;br /&gt;and retaining expertise even after employees have left the organization.&lt;br /&gt;Corporations also tend to look for systems to assist them in knowledge&lt;br /&gt;management with high speed and accuracy. One of the tools in this area&lt;br /&gt;has proven to be effective and efficient, is intelligent agent. The study aims&lt;br /&gt;to provide an infrastructure for knowledge management using intelligent&lt;br /&gt;agents in such that takes into consideration all aspects of knowledge&lt;br /&gt;management and also to overcome the challenges and weaknesses of&lt;br /&gt;other studies. Simulation of the proposed system in a car factory indicates&lt;br /&gt;that it is efficient and effective in supporting and improving decision&lt;br /&gt;making.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Promoting productivity is one of the goals of using&lt;br /&gt;information technology in organizations. The purpose of this research is&lt;br /&gt;examining the impact of IT on organizational productivity and&lt;br /&gt;recognizing its mechanisms based on process-oriented approach. For this&lt;br /&gt;end, by reviewing the literature of the subject a number of impacts of IT&lt;br /&gt;on organizational processes were identified. Then, through interviews&lt;br /&gt;with IT experts, seven main factors were selected and presented in a&lt;br /&gt;conceptual model. This model was tested through a questionnaire in 148&lt;br /&gt;industrial companies. Data analysis shows that impact of IT on&lt;br /&gt;productivity can be included in the eight major categories: Increasing of&lt;br /&gt;the Automation, Tracking, Communication, Improvement, Flexibility,&lt;br /&gt;Analytic, Coordination and Monitoring in organizational processes.&lt;br /&gt;Finally, to improve the impact of information technology on&lt;br /&gt;organizational productivity, some suggestions are presented.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>This research was performed to recognize the ways of&lt;br /&gt;Business Model Designing and explaining about the use of Business&lt;br /&gt;Model in technology-oriented firms and enterprises, and leads them to&lt;br /&gt;wands the implementation of the plans and new ideas in order to enter to&lt;br /&gt;labor market or maintenance of their situation in internal and global&lt;br /&gt;markets. The essay was considering the concept of Business Model and&lt;br /&gt;the relationship with Business strategies. Then various frameworks and&lt;br /&gt;methods of business model including Faber business model framework,&lt;br /&gt;Mapit, Idea, Visitor and dynamic framework have been analyzed. Finally&lt;br /&gt;while introducing a recommended model for designing a business model;&lt;br /&gt;business model functions have investigated in conceptual framework. The&lt;br /&gt;current research has benefited from Meta-Synthesis method for&lt;br /&gt;qualitative analysis of investigations. The results show that the elements:&lt;br /&gt;organization, technology, financial resources, services/products, market,&lt;br /&gt;customers and phases: identification, designing, assessment and&lt;br /&gt;aggregation in business model designing have high importance.&lt;br /&gt;Examination of relation between importance, elements and business&lt;br /&gt;model designing phases has shown that there is a positive and significant&lt;br /&gt;relation between two structures. Based on data of this research, the&lt;br /&gt;average comparison one group test has supported business model&lt;br /&gt;Designing elements for developing technology based business.</Abstract>
