And how organizations can set the optimal level of multiple dimensions of e-procurement? In this study, initially, the affecting dimensions of electronic procurement have been extracted from the previous literatures which have tended to use one-dimensional concept of procurement, then their simultaneous impact on organizational performance were assessed. This study is a survey. Information is collected by a questionnaire. The questionnaire reliability is measured through Cronbach's alpha, its construct validity measured by the confirmatory factor analysis and its content has the validity. Iran's top 300 companies were selected as the statistical population and 177 companies out of those completed and returned the questionnaires. In order to assess the causal correlation relationship between dependent and independent variables of twenty hypothesizes, types of parametric tests including multiple regression, path analysis, factor analysis and one-sample T-test were used. In this study we have investigated the influential factors in Internet banking systems quality. Electronic questionnaires were applied for data gathering through a case study of Mellat Bank Internet banking customers. According to research findings and conclusions, it is suggested to apply internet banking customer’s viewpoint in designing internet banking systems to provide customers with the opportunity of using Internet banking services and achieving good experiences. In response to this problem, a 48 item questionnaire was developed. Fars Regional Electric Company consisting of 820 human resources was selected as statistical population. By systematic random method, 262 personnel were determined as sample and the developed questionnaire were distributed among them. Construct validity was measured by conformity factor analysis and reliability of questionnaire was measured by Cronbach’s alpha and finally 43 item were confirmed. Results showed that Fars Regional Electric Company enjoys the proper organizational culture, policy and procedure and organizational resource, but personal experience of people in social intranet area is low and organizational structure also doesn't have necessary characteristics for implementation of social intranet. In this categorization, business processes are classified into the four categories including work-flow oriented, decision oriented, information oriented and motivation oriented. Then, the special attributes and knowledge management barriers for each kind of business processes are discussed. Findings from the literature led to some hypotheses about the most important knowledge management barriers in the four different kinds of business processes. Tentative theory has improved through two case studies for a work-flow oriented business process and a decision oriented business process. Research findings help managers to have process perspective in implementing KM initiatives and remove the most important barriers of KM regarding the type of the considered business processes. The research utilizes the content analysis for identifying the factors and indicators and uses a survey research for gathering data from selected organizations. In this study, for overcoming the problems of implementation project, a fuzzy system has been designed, trained and validated using the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System so as to predict the implementation success ratio before the initiation of the project. Knowledge creation is one of the most important practices of KM and has an influential effect on the innovativeness of organization. Knowledge creation is considerably dependent on the employees’ capabilities and readiness. Employees’ empowerment can develop these capabilities effectively. Accordingly, the purpose of this paper is to describe the effects of empowering of employees on the knowledge creation by them. The research method is descriptive and correlational. The population of the research consists of 950 managers and senior experts of the NIOPDC. A sample of 270.subjects was selected as statistical sampling. According to the research findings, all of the studied psychological dimensions of employees' empowerment have positive considerable effects on enhancing knowledge creation in organization. Therefore, in the first step, the evaluation criteria for EA framework have been selected based on experts' opinions via Delphi survey. After that, considering these criteria, the alternatives have been evaluated via Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). But, is the ICT industry also can be effective in the economic capital of the country? It occurs when the ICT industry has a good performance in the capital markets. In this study, the ICT industry in the Tehran Stock Exchange was used to check its performance in the economy's capital. The data and documents related to the profitability of companies in this industry for 6 years were studied. Eight companies with the nature of ICT and also 68 other companies in 17 industries were selected. To understand the informational efficiency, runs test; and for trend analyzing, linear regression; and for comparative evaluation, Topsis model have been used. The results showed that the ICT industry in Tehran stock exchange has not even weak level of performance information. In addition it has had a decreasing trend and finally in comparison to other industries it has delivered a poor performance; the results are completely inconsistent with other countries and show that Iran's ICT condition needs a fundamental reflection.https://jitm.ut.ac.ir/article_30055_c5a551ed20cd812a21e9572cf928d195.pdf
