Interoperability refers to the ability to provide services and to accept services from other systems or devices. Collaborative enterprises face additional challenges to interoperate seamlessly within a networked organization. The major task here is to assess the maturity level of interoperating organizations. For this purpose the maturity models for enterprise were reviewed based on vendors’ reliability and advantages versus disadvantages. Interoperability maturity model was deduced from ATHENA project as European Integrated Project in 2005, this model named as EIMM was examined in Iran information and Communication Institute as a leading Telecommunication organization. 115 questionnaires were distributed between staff of 4 departments: Information Technology, Communication Technology, Security and Strategic studies regarding six areas of concern: Enterprise Modeling, Business Strategy Process, Organization and Competences, Products and Services, Systems and Technology, Legal Environment, Security and Trust at five maturity levels: Performed, Modeled , Integrated, Interoperable and Optimizing maturity. The findings showed different levels of maturity in this Institute. To achieve Interoperability level, appropriate practices are proposed for promotion to the higher levels.

One of the most adaptable and fast-paced media in today’s world is Internet. We can access to what we are looking for by proper connections in Internet. Universities are among those organizations that by designing websites use Internet for interacting with their clients including faculty members, students and other interested people. Websites are a collection of files, graphics, media, contents, database and other information that can be viewed at a designated Uniform Resource Locator (URL) via a web browser. University websites have an ability to combine text with graphic signs and other multimedia for the purpose of exchanging information between universities and the users. This article reveals the findings of a research about the websites of five large universities in Iran: Tehran, Allameh Tabataba’i, Shahid Beheshti, Sharif, and Tarbiat Modares universities. After presenting the findings of this comparative research, the article will end with suggestions aiming at improvement of the websites of Iranian universities.

Increasing non-oil exporting is among the most important concerns for Iran. Software industry is among the knowledge based and profitable ones. Identification of factors affecting export performance of software developers can improve planning that in turn results in increasing software export. In this research a model consisting of seven important variables in software industries including: competitive intensity, marketing planning and executing capability along with three market orientation factors (customer and competition orientation and inter-functional coordination) proposed. Data were gathered by 37-items questionnaire. Questionnaires were completed by senior managers of software companies. Cronbach's ? coefficient was calculated for all latent variables and showed that all coefficients are in acceptable range. For testing the research model we used Smart PLS-Graph 2.0. Results showed competition intensity has positive impact on the competition orientation, marketing execution capability and performance in international market. Findings indicated that competition orientation, marketing execution capability and customer orientation have positive impact on performance in international market. Decomposition effects revealed that the most important factors in affecting international performance are: competition intensity, marketing execution capability, customer orientation and competition orientation, respectively.

Increasing competitiveness between software companies , that stems from customer needs and new information technologies, obliges the companies to improve their products’ quality according to high speed and low cost. This research seeks to introduce and determine the software production assembly line, one of the software development approaches. A three stage questionnaire was used to collect information which was extracted from literature, first stage and assessing the prerequisites of the system consecutively.
In analyzing the data, first the Binom test was used and then executive activities were prioritized in two categories; technical management and organizational management. Finally, the relationship among the three stages determined by the relationship matrixes and software development pattern proposed.

Intelligent use of data and information in a large company for management decisions are the essential requirements of all managers. In addition, the necessity of paying attention to the environmental competitiveness increases the importance of responding to these needs. Information systems and tools of IT in recent decades have played a special role in increasing the respond to these demands. One of the most important tools in this area is Decision Support Systems. Regarding the high volume of data and information, these needs are very important in banking system. In this study we will design a Decision Support System for resource mobilization in Iranian Agriculture Bank. Logical model for achieving the goals and the technical characteristics of the system in detail and some of the most important advantages of the system are introduced. According to the results of this study, management decision support systems can improve the quality of decision making in Iranian banking system.

As spending on IT rises steeply, organizations become increasingly technology-dependent and, consequently, they become highly vulnerable to the risks of IT failure. The latest report on the failure of many complex IT projects to deliver key benefits on time and to target cost and specification was published jointly by the Royal Academy of Engineering and the British Computer Society. One of the key findings is that ‘‘risk management is critical to success in complex projects but is seldom applied effectively in the case of IT and software’’. On the other hand, Recent developments in global commerce have witnessed the advent of the virtual enterprise. Groups of companies are forming short-term relationships to collaborate on one-off projects. A VE face more risks than a stand-alone enterprise. Many factors, such as delivery performance, price and demand, etc., can cause risks.

Organizations in private and public sector assign many projects in information technology (particularly software) field to contractors for implementation every year. Previous experiences shows that most of these projects are stopped before finishing or cannot meet the expected results. Based on studies related to this issue, many of failures depend on implementation contractor, directly or indirectly. Therefore, in order to achieve the expected results in projects` implementations, selecting adequate contractor should be considered subtly.
Selection procedure, selection criteria and their importance are important issues in selection problem. In this research, has been tried to solve these issues. Balanced Scorecard for Information Technology (BITS) and Delphi method were used to determine criteria for contractors` evaluation and 25 criteria were identified. Then data were collected from experts by using a questionnaire and were analyzed with factor analysis and Entropy in order to find each criteria`s importance. Finally designed model and identified factors were used in a real case.
