Changing the embedded business rules in information systems is vital to fulfill strategic expectation. Determining appropriate position to change business rule in information systems is regarded as a time-consuming and complex activity. Therefore, it is necessary to identify and modify effective rules to achieve the strategic expectations.
In this paper, a practical model is used to identify the most effective rules in information systems. In this model, first, critical business attributes which fit to strategic expectations are taken into account. These are the attributes which their changes are more important than others in achieving the strategic expectations. To identify these attributes we utilize rough set theory. Those business rules which use critical information attribute in their structures are identified as the most effective business rules. The Proposed model helps information system developers to identify scope of effective business rules. It causes a decrease in time and cost of information system maintenance. These have led the decision makers to confusion about IT effect on firms` financial performance; they don’t know either high or low effect is because of internal or external factors of organizational environment. The mechanism for decreasing the risks is to identify the causes. In this paper we examine one of the intermediaries affecting the IT and firms’ financial performance relationship: country e-readiness. Meta-Analysis is an experienced approaches coping with the research context. Applying this approach we examine 380 studies (from 49 research reports) of IT effect on firm-level financial performance. Based on appropriate statistical tests, we present statistical evidence about country e-readiness as a factor that discriminates different field studies in terms of the positive or negative effect of IT on financial performance. In this research, in information technology sets of tools ,supply chain communication system (SCCS), electronic data interchange (EDI), electronic mail (Email), bar-coding, and radio frequency identification (RFID), in supply chain capabilities, four dimensions including information exchange, coordination, interfirm activity integration, and supply chain responsiveness, and in performance of supply chain, two variables of performance including marketing performance and financial performance will be examined. On the other hand, e-government is a powerful instrument which causes the better public service, decrease of waste time, improvement of effectiveness-cost, transparency, accountability and productivity that brings about the promotion of government ability in key activities. This research aims at investigating the factors of good governance and establishing e-government affects on good governance. Research method used in article is survey. 200 questionnaires distributed between managers and experts in Yazd public organizations. To analyze data we use Spearman correlation and to prioritize the factors we use Friedman test.
