		<Abstract>Information systems outsourcing issues has been attracted in recent years because many information systems projects in organizations are done in this case. On the other hand, failure rate of this kind of projects is also high. The aim of this article is to find success factors in risk management of information systems outsourcing in commercial banks using these factors leads to increase the success rate of risk management of information systems outsourcing projects. Research methods in the present article based on purpose are applied and descriptive- survey. In addition, research tool is questionnaire which was used among commercial bank experts. For this purpose, First information systems outsourcing risks were identified and then ranked. In the next step, the information systems outsourcing reasons were surveyed and the most important reasons were identified. Then the risks which have not any relationship with the most important reasons were removed and success factors in managing residual risks were extracted.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The current approach of Iranian researchers in producing scientific papers and their publications in recent years has demanded for a reform in the traditional processes of Scientific Journals administration. To do so the authors first had extracted the measuring criteria of managerial articles by a careful look at the judging forms of journals and conferences and consulting with those in authority. Then by cooperation of 17 faculty members and by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the criteria were scored. The outcome of this stage is to provide a comprehensive and rhythmic judging form. The results obtained to this stage could be used separately from the rest of the research, but the authors did not content to this stage and by the aim of providing development potentials, a zero-one programming model which uses the outcome of the Analytic Hierarchy Process were designed. After completing the conceptual designing, was the turn of implementing the model. The result of our efforts in this stage will be computer software which is the supporter of Scientific Research Journals in accepting or rejecting the received articles. This system uses the Lyndo software as its motor and has the needed text analyzers to explain the outcome of Lyndo software.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>In the third millennium, we observe rapid changes in technologies and intense complexity in environment. In such an environment, developing competitive advantage necessitates new kind of organizations which are capable of knowledge creation. Hence, it is expected that managers to have a deep perception of prerequisites of knowledge management and enhance the organizational performance through investment in knowledge-based projects. The most important pace in this regard is to recognize the effective factors in implementation of knowledge management. This research has focused on critical success factors (CSFs) of knowledge management system in public administration faculties and higher education institutes in Iran. Findings is indicative of following key factors: 1) Human resource development; 2) knowledge-oriented strategic direction; 3) information system infrastructures; 4) participative culture; 5) benchmarking; 6) knowledge evaluation and transformation; and 7) people involvement.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have offered innovative and cost effective advertising tools for managers. One of such technologies is mobile phone which has enabled a novel marketing channel for companies to directly reach their customers. Yet, mobile marketing is still in its infancy and needs deeper investigations. This paper has studied 588 customers’ perception for receiving commercials through their mobile phones and factors that would affect such perception. Research methods in the present article based on purpose are applied and descriptive- survey. A questionnaire has been designed and respondents have been selected through categorical randomization method. Hypotheses testing were done through t-test and Pierson test. Results showed that, unlike many other countries, Iranian customers had positive attitude toward mobile marketing.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Resource Leveling and Allocation are two basic categories for project management. The objective of resource allocation is to schedule activities so that a particular resource does not exceed a specific limit in any given project time period, while holding the project duration to a minimum. The Resource leveling problem arises when there are sufficient resources available and it is necessary to reduce the fluctuations in the pattern of resource usage. In this paper GA algorithm was used to solve the resource leveling problem which, in turn, is a multi objective and NP-hard problem. The solution was applied in coating section of Iranian Offshore Engineering Construction Company and the results were desirable. The results of research, which were obtained from the field survey, show genetic algorithm will solve this problem well and generate optimum or sufficiently enough solution.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>In spite of importance of IT deployment, nowadays in many organizations we are witness of appearing problems related to dissatisfaction of business needs due to high investment in the field of IT. The fervent debate concerning IT productivity–or lack of such productivity- named productivity paradox persuade us to survey relationship between IT–business alignment  and business performance. The purpose of this research is to investigate whether IT-business alignment could have a decisive influence on their performance in IT-base firms by adopting a contingency theory perspective and operationalizing the fit systemically. Also to measure organizational performance, we adopt BSC framework which is not applied in this matter yet. Finally, this paper will explore the notion that alignment between business and IT is the key to achieving improved business performance through IT.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Today, enterprise architecture(EA) is one of the most important IT solutions for business and IT strategic alignment and also it is so supportive and effective tool for organizing and managing complicated information system in dynamic organization environment. Due to efficient enterprise architecture management the organization can obtain the EA valuable benefits. EA maturity assessment is a helpful and recognized EA management method that evaluates EA current state and demonstrates its strengths and weaknesses. Also EA maturity assessment framework (EAMAF) indicates growth path. By using the result of this method, IT mangers can easily plan to enhance EA maturity of their enterprise. In this paper, after reviewing EAMAF literature, a new EA maturity assessment framework by applying IT processes is proposed. Study on the proposed framework consists of questionnaire survey that was mailed to the EA architecture professionals. The findings show that IT processes are appropriate criteria to assess EA maturity. Finally the proposed EAMAF is validated as a verified framework.</Abstract>
