		<Abstract>Todays, decision makers in the organization need to&lt;br /&gt;constantly monitor changes in the environment and organization and&lt;br /&gt;make necessary changes. Therefore knowledge about the environment&lt;br /&gt;and organization is necessary in decision making. Knowledge&lt;br /&gt;management is a key factor for competitive business environment and&lt;br /&gt;organizations are investing heavily in creating centralized knowledge&lt;br /&gt;repositories to improve business processes, promoting knowledge sharing&lt;br /&gt;and retaining expertise even after employees have left the organization.&lt;br /&gt;Corporations also tend to look for systems to assist them in knowledge&lt;br /&gt;management with high speed and accuracy. One of the tools in this area&lt;br /&gt;has proven to be effective and efficient, is intelligent agent. The study aims&lt;br /&gt;to provide an infrastructure for knowledge management using intelligent&lt;br /&gt;agents in such that takes into consideration all aspects of knowledge&lt;br /&gt;management and also to overcome the challenges and weaknesses of&lt;br /&gt;other studies. Simulation of the proposed system in a car factory indicates&lt;br /&gt;that it is efficient and effective in supporting and improving decision&lt;br /&gt;making.</Abstract>
