The development of a number of different rapid prototyping (RP) technologies with wide-ranging capabilities, features and applications has created the problem of selecting an appropriate RP system for engineering educational institutions as well as manufacturing organizations intending to adopt this new technology. This paper presents an RP Decision Support System (RP DSS) for ranking and selecting a rapid prototyping technique. Three phases of the research, identification-design and development-implementation and test, were deployed RP DSS subsystems: data management, model management and user interface. Data management subsystem contains data for 51 different RP systems. Model management subsystem contains the scoring model approach MADM chosen as the analytic model in model base. TOPSIS is modified to treat decision data extended to fuzzy numbers. RP DSS was implemented in automobile industry. The part considered to test is Front Bumper Grille, one part of automobile with important duty of exchanging heat with environment, because of functional test. Based on data entry to RP DSS with expert user, EOSINT P700 was determined as best RP technique in this application.

Rapid growth of e-commerce has made the competition quite different. In this new environment customers have wide choices and are looking forward to the support which guarantees the delivery of what they have chosen. This leads to complexity in the relationship between the provider and the customer which obviously is made more in a B2B environment. Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a key tool to manage this complexity. One of the current challenges in setting of SLAs is the gap between customer requirements and perceived characteristics of service by the provider. Unlike previous researches which only consider providers capability to provide service, this research looks at the other side of contract, customers, and presents a comprehensive framework of customer properties. Firstly, dimensions and indicators of the customer properties were identified through literature review and then, they were evaluated through experts’ survey. The detected dimensions in this framework were management, organization, human, knowledge, information, applications and infrastructure.

The presented research paper aims to introduce a model in order to identify risks and risk factors associated with outsourcing of information technology in conjunction with health systems, measuring the probability of happening each of them and the loss of each risk. The data used in this research has been gathered from the IT experts of the healthcare sector in Tehran through the questionnaire made by the author. Then the indexes of risk exposure has been classified and ordered in seven factors, using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. At the end, the probability and the associated loss of each factor have been measured

In capability approach (C.A.), the concepts of developed and undeveloped and their realization instruments are different from other common approaches. Just those who are provided with personal capabilities and environmental conditions can be the messengers of development. In this approach background of our country in planning is ignored and resolved the challenges of development in e- government. So at first, main challenges in developing e-government are identified, then models of C.A. and factors affecting it are extracted and classified. Next, the amount of effects of human capabilities on different challenges of e-government is surveyed based on QFD and ranked regarding Shannon Entropy. The results showed in e-government developing, considering the capabilities of people along with different ideas of the government can be influential. The important capabilities are as follows: the ability to create a democratic, free environment in the information community, accessing to this information, the ability to learn the electronic knowledge and the ability to offer services with electronic quality and the ability to preserve one’s rights in an electronic environment.

The success in ERP implementation is definitely based on selecting an appropriate system which is more aligned with enterprise culture, infrastructure and requirements, and that's why ERP selection, the process and impressive criteria have been increasingly attended in recent years. The constructor companies are strongly affected by ERP systems. A successful implementation will improve their productivity and promote their performance considerably. However, it is a challenge for decision-makers to identify the real needs, define the criteria, select the acceptable vendor and purchase the most appropriate system. This study is developed to present a Fuzzy AHP-based framework for selecting ERP systems in constructor companies. In this study, the impressive criteria have been collected by reviewing previous studies and researches, a questionnaire was used to assess and define the criteria and sub-criteria’s priority. Afterward, another questionnaire was used to compare the alternatives regarding to each criteria. Eventually, the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchical Process was used to select a system which is more aligned with the organization’s requirements and strategies

The importance of the right choice of investment projects is very clear in our own country so that if the correct method based on pattern and scientific criteria for assessing specific plans and measures suitable for budgeting and resource allocation and planning had already seen half the work, or stay and become many non-economic plans. Private sector profitability condition as the criterion of governmental authorities saw the necessity of other factors including political considerations and design. Investment banks and commercial evaluation of projects in one hand and plan to be profitable categories on the other hand should develop programs and projects coordinated macro country. In this study, using the experiences of Iranian experts in providing loans to customers, a model was provided to be an expert system. The expert system presented in this study based on quantitative and qualitative factors considered in the evaluation process, experts from the banking loan requests is a private bank. To provide the expert system, the Bank study documents and research in the world and using interviews and questionnaires framework decision proposed expert system evaluation criteria for acceptance or rejection of requests bank customers are offered loans.

In order to gain benefits from entrepreneurship in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), it is necessary to concentrate on and invest in effective factors on entrepreneurship. One of these factors is paying attention to Superior technology. In spite of that, the studies have shown that most of SMEs don’t pay enough attention to the advantages that technology can offer. This article studies the effects of information and communication technology (ICT) on entrepreneurship in small and medium enterprises of Semnan industrial park. The study has a descriptive-survey format and has used questionnaire as a research tool to obtain data. The reliability of the research questionnaire is proved through a high value of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (96.2). The results of one-sample T-test have demonstrated that ICT has no meaningful effect on emerging entrepreneurship and also new businesses, process innovativeness , risk taking, self-renewal and competitive aggressiveness of small and medium enterprises of Semnan industrial park, but has been effective on product/service innovativeness and proactiveness

Web services cover most of the users with dramatic reduction the physical presence of individuals and increased quality of web sites. Applicability of web sites as a means to ensure the proper design of systems and products for human use. The purpose of this research is study of usability of websites. Research model is formed using variables include clarity and accuracy of content, search and effective results, prevention and correction of errors and efficient. This research is based on objective, practical and based on the methods descriptive. In this research Statistical population is web sites in Yazd offices and four sites were selected through selective sampling. In order to rank the sites used the integration of ANP and PROMETHEE method. The innovation of this research is ranking the websites using ANP and PROMETHEE method. The results show that the telecommunication website of Yazd has greater usability than investigated websites. This study provides useful information of the usability scope of websites and can be valuable for researchers and webmasters. It also offers suggestions for improving usability of before mentioned websites.
