In the knowledge-based era, knowledge is the distinctive
resource of organizations and knowledge management (KM) is
considered as the primary task of organizations that strives to utilize their
intellectual capitals effectively. Hence it is vital to understand carefully
the appropriate contexts and enablers of knowledge management.
Organizational culture is among the most influential factors affecting the
quality of accomplishing KM practices. In spite of this vital effect, its role
has not been studied carefully. This article tries to explore the correlation
of the four types of organizational culture on the knowledge management
practices. It will investigate the way in which these cultures can facilitate
or hinder KM practices. The population of the research consists of
educational and research centers. A sample of 275 participants was
selected as statistical sampling. According to the research findings, these
organizational cultures have a considerable effect on the KM practices.
Clan and adhocracy organizational culture have a powerful positive
relationship with KM practices, but this effect was negative for market
and hierarchical cultures. These findings support the necessity of
adopting a more humanistic approach for implementing knowledge
management more effectively.

In recent decades, since increasing the competition between
organizations for developing products and services, creating and
developing modern technologies has been strongly growing. In such
circumstances, the main challenge of organizations is development or
acquisition of the right technology in respect of the organizational goals.
Thus, this study intends to present a scale for evaluating communication
technologies in mobile communication industry which is provided by a
mixed research. The initial model is attained through a comprehensive
technology literature review and some semi-structured interviews with
technology top managers. Then, using exploratory factor analysis and
confirmatory factor analysis, validity of the proposed model and scale is
assessed. Findings show that the communication technologies evaluation
have correlations with technical capability, technology knowledge,
market, strategic and financial criteria and the technology knowledge is
the most important dimension and followed by strategic criteria and
market.

Previous electronic commerce (EC) studies have found that
consumer characteristics are important when considering issues related to
the acceptance of online shopping. However, most studies have focused
on a single product or similar products. The effects of different product
types have been relatively neglected. To overcome this limitation, the
purpose of this study was to explore the effects of different product types.
The Internet product and service classification grid proposed by Peterson,
was employed to examine the effects of consumer characteristic
differences on online shopping acceptance in the context of different
products and services. A survey-based approach was employed to
investigate the research questions. Regression analysis demonstrated that
the determinants of online shopping acceptance differ among product or
service types. Additionally, personal innovativeness of information
technology (PIIT), perceived Web security, personal privacy concerns,
and product involvement can influence consumer acceptance of online
shopping, but their influence varies according to product types.

Nowadays a growing number of implementing information
technology service management (ITSM) frameworks proves the trends to
improve the IT services and processes in organizations. In order to
implement an ITSM projects successfully in an organization, it is
essential to select a suitable ITSM solution. Evaluation and selection of
the ITSM software packages is complicated and time consuming decision
making process. Selection of inappropriate ITSM solution can turn out to
be costly and adversely affects IT processes and services of the
organization. This paper presents a model for dealing with such a
problem, which is based on fuzzy TOPSIS approach. The presented ITIL
based model breaks down ITSM solutions selection criteria into two
broad categories namely functional (service strategy, service design,
service transition, service operation, continual service improvement) and
non-functional requirements (quality, technical, vendor, implementation)
including totally 46 selection criteria. Finally, a numerical example is
given in an IT service provider company to demonstrate the application of
the proposed model.

Current advancements in the field of communication and
information technologies have resulted in more robust utilization of such
technologies for various purposes, including teleworking. For a more
effective utilization of teleworking, development and conceptualization of
it structural framework is considered to be of utmost importance. For that
very reason, this article has been written with the intention of codifying
the structural framework of the teleworking at the Ministry of
Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare. The research adopts a
qualitative approach and is both fundamental and applied in nature. The
statistical population if this research is the civil servants working at the
Social Affairs segment of the Ministry, the interviews were conducted
until they reached the saturation stage, and for augmenting the validity
and the reliability of the research, a variety of methods including
triangulation, group membership assessment, paired assessments, and
assessment of inter-coder reliability were used. Based on the data analysis
conducted, which was done through coding, it became clear that the
structural framework is composed of 6 pillars and 3 levels. The study
showed that teleworking could be examined at three different levels. The
highest level at which teleworking could be examined is the strategy of
the organization, followed by the intermediary level, and then by the
operational level. The pillars are composed of the incentives, legal
documents, the processes, information technology, information security,
and the organizational structures.
