It is rather difficult to exploit knowledge in project organizations due to their unique characteristics and temporal behavior of activities. Therefore, development of knowledge management capability among projects is accounted for an important source to gain competitive advantage. This paper tries to provide a conceptual framework in order to introduce applications of storytelling as an effective and inexpensive mechanism for projects knowledge management. At first, a conceptual framework was designed including 58 story applications in activities of project life cycle by studying and analyzing the related literature. Then, validation of this conceptual framework was investigated and verified by relevant experts. Finally, application of storytelling was assessed within the projects of Sanam industrial and commercial company, using the framework designed. Analysis of data demonstrates that out of 58 applications introduced, this company benefit from just 28 applications. Research method in this section was survey. According to the available information, this paper is one of the first researches which have adopted to introduce applications of storytelling in the life cycle of project management by providing a conceptual framework.

Supply and development of ICT is considered as an important factor of ICT demand in line of macro plan of each country. In this regard, the relationship development of provinces with ICT services and ICT infrastructure is investigated among households of provinces in the Iran. In order to evaluate the level of ICT services and infrastructure, we applied introduced "IDI International index" with three separate subgroups (access, use, skills). The estimate results show; by increasing size of household, demand for ICT will be grown up. Also household are following from last year consumption habits. In evaluating the relationship development of ICT services and ICT infrastructures, skills subgroup has had most effect on growing of household expenditure on ICT. As a result investment on user skills level increases usage of ICT facilities. Finally access subgroup that was related to investment in ICT infrastructure and facilities causes more growth in ICT demand.

Web 2.0 is not a single technology or standard but rather a set of concepts and features. Web 2.0 concepts and features call for further attention. Since, previous studies have only addressed only some of these concepts and features. In order to give a comprehensive view of Web 2.0, these features are collected through literature review and a framework of Web 2.0 features is presented. Also, due to the lack of an integrated and comprehensive classification of Web 2.0 business models and the diversity of approaches and the incompleteness of the models, this study has investigated, compared and integrated previous models and classifications using the meta-synthesis method. In this study, a new classification of Web 2.0 business models has been presented and the conceptual relationship between the characteristics of Web 2.0 and Web 2.0 business models has been proposed and the most important features of each business model have been mentioned. Finally, real examples from Iranian and international sites for each model has been presented through observation and evaluation of websites or from past research.

In recent decades, information technology systems and tools play an essential role in improving the method for responding the requests from managers. Decision support system as an important tool has the fundamental role in organizations. In the team of Software project allocating people to tasks has a noticeable effect on profits. A decision support system can help managers in making appropriate decisions. In this research the DSS was designed by integrating Dynamic Programming and Goal Programming method. Usually there are different goals and even contradictory ones in Software project. Such goals would complicate the decision making process. Decision support system proposed in this study defines the goal for each criterion. The deviation from the goal is for evaluating the answers. The advantage of decision support systems is combining goals that are different in nature. The proposed algorithm compared with other methods requires less computation.

Online impulsive purchasing is focused on those buying processes which simply break the borders of normal logical buying process, and are done after being influenced by some internal or external stimuli in a spare of moment and without complete evaluation of products’ alternatives. This subject especially in an online context becomes a popular one among researchers in management, economy and consumer behavior fields. We also aim to count and analyze the influence of main stimulus affecting online impulsive purchases including environmental, situational, product related, individual and promotional factors by gathering 123 completed usable questionnaires from online shoppers of group discount websites. The data have been analyzed using SPSS software and finally we came to a conclusion which supports two of our main hypothesis about positive impact of individual factors and product related factors, and rejects 3 of them which were the impact of situational, environmental and promotional factors. The study is a descriptive applicable survey, and has gathered its data by accidental and convenience sampling methods from Iranian discount websites’ customers.
